Art Nouveau + Anatomy

I’m Czech and have a innate attraction to the Art Nouveau art movement. I thought it would be cool to try and combine the organic lines of the art nouveau style with human anatomy. In my gross anatomy course, I was often struck by how beautiful the nerves of the human body are. In this case, I have illustrated the brachial plexus, beginning in the shoulder and traveling all the way down to the finger tips. Be sure to click on the image and view it at full size! 🙂
